Throughout the journey to obtain this Masters in Public Administration, Rutgers University stressed particular areas of public service. These areas are coined as Core Competencies.

Below are selective pieces of work that shows growth as a public administrator, as well as those very core competencies embodied within every sentence. This MPA program challenged me to demonstrate my proficiency in leadership and management on a larger scale to eventually turn that proficiency into a mastery.
